Vanitas.wine offers you the option to pay by credit card, debit card, vanitas.wine does not deal directly with any credit or debit card number. REDSYS, which is a reputable online payment processor for Internet businesses, processes all payments.

We also offer the option of payment by bank transfer. To do so, please send us an email to info@vanitas.wine indicating your order, personal data and any questions you may have. You must pay in advance by bank transfer.

If my payment cannot be processed, what should I do?

What is your refund policy? (Order cancellation)

The User has recognized the right of cancellation of the purchase made through vanitas.wine, and therefore, if not satisfied, and provided that the nature of the good purchased allows it, you may return the product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order at the address you have indicated. After 14 days from your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which we delivered it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The consumer will have to assume the cost of returning the products. You should check the delivery and report any irregularities or damage to the product to the delivery service at that time.
